This website is run by Izi Amado, trading as Amado Link, Israel ("I", "me"). This policy explains what personal information I collect through amadolink.com, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. Questions or requests: izi@amadolink.com.
What I collect, and why
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, used only to send the monthly "Doing business in Japan" newsletter.
- Booking a call: your name, email, company and anything you write in the booking form, used to schedule and prepare for our call.
- Email: whatever you choose to send me at izi@amadolink.com, used to reply and to work with you.
- Technical data: like any website, the hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site.
You are not legally required to give me any of this information. Without it, I cannot send you the newsletter or schedule a call.
Who receives it
I do not sell or rent personal information. It is processed by these service providers on my behalf:
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar): email and call bookings.
- MailerLite: newsletter sign-ups and sending.
- Netlify: website hosting.
- Google Fonts: the fonts on this site are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address.
These providers may store data outside Israel.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long I keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Booking and email details are kept as long as needed for our work together and my legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. Send any request to izi@amadolink.com.
